Penoso vs. Whoever (open)

He holds his zanpaktou horizontally across from his chest with his arm fully extended. His eyes had grown serious for this rare moment. His reiatsu was flowing from his body as a bright white outline appeared upon his figure.

"Fly, Roto Paz!"

Alejandro's reiatsu darkened the sky, causing the clouds to spiral several miles above him. The skies were almost black and the clouds turned into a silvery gray. His reiatsu took the form of a flurry of feathers that covered and concealed his body that cuts his view off from the world. These "feathers" formed a sphere around him before they reformed back to transparent, silvery white reiatsu that revealed a newly transformed Alejandro. He made a brief sigh as his reiatsu continued to flare around him like a rockets flare.

His hair had grown out more, turning into a purebreed white color. His Espada clothes became more fitting with the bottom of his hakama turning into a tail jacket that grows down to his feet. His clothes also gain a white, silky down, meaning it has a smooth feather like coat that's similiar to birds. He gains black boots with a zanpaktou that resembles a feather like blade that extends up to two meters as there's a shield plate on his chest that resembles a bird's beak that points downward.Finally, he grows out a single wing with an astounding wing span of four meters that's folded back until used to fly on the right side.

This release of powerful reiatsu had helped the resistance against the fire, only lightly burning him as the shrapnel crashed against his feathers and skin, only to be "bruised" to the point where it would've impaled him all over in his sealed state. Luckily, his release increased his defensive capabilities to withstand this attack. He emerged from the explosion covered in soot and light burns and small,almost unnontible bruises.

"Is that all you've got, bankai user?"

He said as there's a small wing made of reiatsu on his back. His pain receptors turned the pain signals into reiatsu as a baby wing was made on the opposite side of his real wing. His body bulked lightly before returning to normal. Suddenly, his body had exploded with an insane amount of reiatsu, sending out feathers of an innumerable amount in the area, most of them surrounding Kazumi. His reiatsu was blowing way the floating shrapnel and granules after the explosion.
"Pichon Diablo.."

He speaks the name of the technique, which caused these feathers to appear around them. He flew back a bit and flapped his large wing, which blew the remained of the feathers towards Kazumi, now surrounded in countless white, glowing feathers.

"Destrucción Pluma!"

These feathers detonated, exploding with great force. Because of the density, or the grouping of the feathers in one area that was the location of Kazumi, the explosion was swallowing Kazumi from all sides with no blank spots. Such compact force would be enough to contend with the metal he dished out unless he had another surprise for him. But even then, this shinigami wouldn't be able to move, and the destructive power of this technique was able to blow away almost more than a fourth of karakura town, obliterating everything in sight. Nothing but a white light filled the sky..

The shrapnel of the small granules of metal would in fact be blown away by Alejandro’s release, only to be almost instantly replenished within a matter of seconds as the sky begins to darken, and clouds of silvery gray scatter about the sky. This new phenomenon seemed to have stemmed from Alejandro’s release whether it was some kind of special ability or simply what occurs during an arrancar’s release, it didn’t matter. The most curious thing about the release though was when Alejandro’s reiatsu morphed into these feathers. The feathers appear to catch the wind, which was also curiously aimed in the direction of Kazumi. Extending his arms outward the rotors begin to chop, a rip most of the feathers aimed in his direction into small pieces of fluff, which would not attach itself to any of his robes, but it would be flung more towards the ground.

As Alejandro speaks the words ‘Destrucción Pluma’ the feathers around Kazumi begin to detonate. However most of the feathers having been swept away by the force of the rotor along with its cutting capabilities caused for no more than a few feathers to remain in his immediate vicinity. And at the same time exploding outward from the center of the rotor a plot of fresh substance leaks out and encases Kazumi in a metallic dome, slightly thinner that required for the brunt of the blast, but for the most part all of the area around that of which Kazumi creates to shield himself is covered in white light. His metal would not disintegrate from the blast though; it would remain, tattered, and battered by the explosive force.

The enveloping pallid which filled the sky came to a cease. The metal, once used as a shield, begins to have elongated rods of metal poking outside of it on all sides. The rods fly outward in all directions, several making their way to Alejandro’s chest, head, and legs, surely not before a few balls which had been conjured earlier would fly from behind Alejandro aiming for the dead center of his spinal column and neck. Antecedent more of the sand sized granules of metal hover by Kazumi, and begin to assemble upon Alejandro’s position.

By now having been within a few feet of the granule sized throngs off lead Alejandro after such exposure by now would surely begin to experience major fatigue, and probably a general numbness around the points at which the shrapnel has bruised his hierro. Even the primera espada isn’t immune to natural occurrences.
‘Espada, you have yet to learn the full fury of my bankai.’

(You only ripped up the majority of the feathers flung at you, not the surrounding ones that were there at the start, so there isn't just a "few". And because you're using a rotor, the type of propelling force would suck those chopped feathers in towards you, not towards the ground, and would be just that much close to you. And that type of rotation SUCKS in those feathers...now since they're that much close to you, and since the feathers that were flung at you weren't chopped,which maybe you forgot to include, and are now basically at a point blank range, here's the result.)

As Kazumi would begin to encase himself in a metal dome, the rest of the feathers that did not chop, as stated, would be that much close to Kazumi, and inside the dome. The feathers that were just close enough exploded, with Kazumi inside the dome that resulted in a condensed explosion held in by the said dome, blowing off pieces of the arm, the chest, and the skull, but the overall explosion had severely damaged his body. Though with parts of the skull gone, he could presume the shinigami dead. It was foolish to use a rotor, which pulled in the feathers even faster, anyway. Though chopped up, they were still parts of the feather, thus, exploding within the sphere also.

As the exposed lead began to have an effect of the espada, his innate ability, began to lessen these said effects with each passing moment. He opened a garganta, performing a sonido to escape the incoming attacks before they deactivated , heading within it as he closed it. The fight between arrancar and shinigami came to a cease.
