Position snagging and training.

Ok, here's a new rule. All position battles and training will be held IC. No excuses and or exceptions. We must make this realistic. If this were to occur OOC, then you will magically have bankai out of no where. And besides, you will get the most out of the RP game if you did this professionally in character.

Also, for those below vice captain level, you must have four hundred points before beginning your bankai training.
