Eiki's Zunpaktou (finished)

Name: Tora Kontan (Tiger Soul)

Manifestation: Eiki's Zunpakuto always takes the form of a tiger. This tiger is the normal size, shape and coloration of a usual everyday tiger that you might find in the zoo. There is one difference in between the Tiger that Eiki's Zunpakuto takes the form of and a normal one. That difference is Tora as Eiki calls him never stands up. Tora floats around on this little island made out of grass which he occasionally eats. The land made "float" around with Tora on it but it always stays attached to the ground so it looks almost natural. Tora barely even moves while on the piece of land it just disappears and reappears where Tora feels like going. The only time Tora feels comfortable enough to move is when he is in the inner world.

Sealed Description: Eiki's Zunpakuto has an almost always perfectly clean silver blade with a golden cross-guard leading into the handle. The handle is made out of red fabric with black fabric weaved over it letting just red diamond shapes poke through. At the end of the hilt is a tail made out of frayed red fabric. The sheath follows the same design as the hilt on the outside however on the inside it is padded with black silk fabric to cushion the blade while it is sheathed.

Shikai Description: When Eiki activates his Zunpakuto's shikai the Katana seems almost to melt into two pieces and wrap around his two hands. They then turn completely black and transform into the shape of two, four fingered medieval looking contraptions. The contraptions look like metal claws with razor sharp points. Two ring like shapes form on the belly of the contraptions one to fit Eiki's wrist in the the other to wrap his fingers around. Once they have taken this shape they immediately tighten to fit Eiki's hand perfectly.

Bankai Description: When EIki activates his bankai a bright flash a light occurs. The two metal like claws on his hands transform so they are almost twice as long as they were before. Then what seems to be a tiger appears around Eiki as if it had just engulfed him. The tiger appears translucent and stands on it's two back lags whenever Eiki does. The tiger moves with EIki and whenever he makes a move it still stays over top of him. Eiki's claws jet out far enough so that they seem to be jetting out from the tiger's claws as well. Eiki's eyes glow a florescent green the same shade as Tora's. Actually if looked closely at the tiger engulfing Eiki it looks exactly the same as Tora looks.

Shikai Ability: After EIki has attacked the opponent with his claws and hit them, Eiki grows a little bit stronger (0.5). The 0.5 is based off of the original strength of Eiki not of what he was when he hit the opponent. To increase he must come in contact with skin of the opposing force and he must do some sort of damage to them. Eiki only needs one claw to strike to increase both arms strength by 0.5 each. If he attacks the opponent in any other way he does not gain his strength increase and it only lasts for the remained of the post. The bonus does not stack.

Bankai Ability: When EIki releases his bankai he gains some abilities but loses one. Eiki is unable to cast kido of any sort while in his bankai. He does not know why he cannot but it is because Tora controls his spiritual pressure and uses it instead to increase his physical capabilities. Eiki gains increased strength in the absence of kido spells. After, every hit his strength is increased five times in stead of 0.5 as in his shikai. The strength increase ends at the end of the post and does not stack. Also, his spiritual pressure flares wildly around him as he is in bankai.

Inner World: EIki's inner world is a lush forest full of prospering vegetation. It is really a beauty to behold and the only place Tora will rise and walk around. Although, there is the sound of animals in the distance none can be found no matter how hard you look. In fact there really are none just the faint memories of birds singing in the distance and grasshoppers chirping. There is no man made structure or even people as well it is just a wide forest with nothing but the plant life. It is peaceful there with a soft ground and a bright sun. It never rains or snows or hails, it is always sunny. It is almost as if time is frozen on the perfect moment forever.

Zanpakutō Spirit Persona: Tora Kontan or Tora for short is an extremely lazy tiger. Tora never wishes to even stand up that is why he never does unless in the inner world. He is known to yawn no matter how much sleep he has gotten and afterwards he usually falls asleep no matter where he is. Eiki often has to wake Tora up which is a hard job because he is a sound sleeper and can barely be awoken by anything. Tora does love to watch fights however, but he does share Eiki's love of life and honor and would never enjoy a comrade getting injured or killed. Tora is the main reason Eiki realized his honor, he convinced EIki to have honor in order to learn Tora's name but that's another story.
