Vizard Hollow Mask Location Cooldown Rules.

As of now, any Vizard in Hueco Mundo will have their mask cooldown reduced by half. In other words, the cooldown is always 11 post, but when in Hueco Mundo, and because of the Reishi around the area, their cooldown would become 5 and a half post. Half way through the fifth post, they'd be able to use their mask again, since 11 cannot be halved. Do note, this only applies to that area.
